Petrof keyslip

I service a couple of Petrof vertical pianos from time to time and I 
can't figure out how to get the keyslip off.  I've done everything that 
a technician usually has to do; look for screws, just yank on it, tap 
or pound on it, check under, over, from behind, but to no avail.  
Ah...the one thing I haven't done is check the Petrof service manual.  
I have that in a box in the closet buried under a bunch of stuff so 
that it won't get wrinkled.
