-The dust in a piano is of varying levels of
biological activity. It is, however ( unless mouse
feces ) NOTHING compared to the shit that flies out of
the back of a vacuum cleaner every time it is switched
on! It is ILLEGAL for a vacuum cleaner to be run in a
restaurant during customer hours, in all 5o states,
for this very reason! The bag in a  vacuum  is warm,
dark and damp: ideal conditions for microbial growth. 
     Sorry Ron, this time you lose!

P.S. If you want to blast this stinking crap into your
customer's actions, you have no sense of
professionalism!
