When to (not) call clients

   My colleagues,

   What has your experience taught you about the best (or worst times) of 
the day to call clients to book service appointments?  Personally, I avoid 
calling during the dinner hour and after 9 pm.
   Are there any times when they would be MOST receptive to a reminder call 
from the "piano tuner."
