Hi Phil Thanks for the offer. I started using MS Works as a data base, and then just sorted, etc to get the info I wanted. Switching to Excel was the same thing, just a bit more sophisticated. I bought piano db from the designer, but found it had more things than I needed or new how to use at the time. What version do you have? Do you need a particular version of Access? Up to now, I have relied on just what came my way, but now, I will be actively prospecting and looking for new clients. There's only one part of this business that I HATE, and it's the phone call . . .' Hi, it's time to have your piano tuned . . ( + variations )'. I'm no salesman, and I almost feel like I'm intruding, cause I hate the telemarketers . . . I'll be trying the future booking, the email messages, etc . . Thanks for listening . . er . . reading..
