I originally set up a DB using a Lotus application.  I purchased Piano
DB a while ago but haven't put it into full swing yet.  If you are
starting out tracking customers and plan to be in the business a while I
would suggest you look into ease of exporting the data in case you ever
switch.  Access will import/export as well as repair a damaged database.
Some programs write DB files that no other program can read or import.
Then, you're kind of stuck unless you're really good at typing and have
a non-ink eating printer.
