Some details on a moderated pianotech

It would seem to me that if you had a team of say 5-6 moderators... 
whoes job was strictly to filter out non-topical posts that there need 
be very little delay. What one moderator gets done with the next one 
doesnt see... so if you say have a few folks spread around who read the 
list anyways... one of them should nearly always be available for doing 
duty.
