LIke I said Bill. I dont really see any down sides to this suggestion. I certainly dont see it as a negative thing to meet the obviously significant number of irritated subscribers half way on this, and I dont think it will be all that much work to manage a <<shawdow list>> as it were. And if in the end it doesnt work... or we dont get enough volunteers... then well no harm has been done as nothing really has changed from pianotech to begin with. Nothing is perfect of course... and there will always be some problems or discussion about how things should be. But I think the idea is sound and worth a shot.
