I am in the middle of a action rebuild (French & Sons console). First time I've ever done this work. Plastic flanges, backchecks, and damper levers all replaced with wood. Now to regulate. Had a few wobbly hammers, will repin when my ordered supplies arrive. One or two hammers rub against neighboring hammers, not to sure how to fix this. Also, several jacks are out of alignment and go up crooked, some even try to move two hammers. Have I done something wrong? Could really use some help. So much still to learn I am afraid. Thanks in advance to all who will help. As a rookie tech I find this list to be an invaluable resource and am extremely thankful for it, warts and all. Old timers, be encouraged! Tim
