Randy Potter's course will point you in the right direction.  In 
addition look for a Guild member
in your area for some mentoring.   PTG Chapter meetings are a good 
place to find answers
to most of your questions.

Your signature did not include your address which makes it difficult 
for the list to help with
mentor suggestions.
