You mean like the guys that cast the plastic cone on the wrong end 
of the screw in the first place? THOSE factory authorized service 
technicians?

Ah well, no tragedy. I just swapped screws with one that was "slot 
up", like the others. Don't tell the PPAU (Piano Parts Assemblers' 
Union) on me, and they'll never know the difference.
