Hi Tom,
Are the rear wheels also rubber? Did so with mine. Used piano double =
casters. Welded a nut=20
on the side of the strut to use another bolt and nut to lock the caster =
on.
Great tool with some other modifications easier and safer to use.
Easier:=20
Replace the wing nuts with hitch pins by drilling a hole in the bolt. =
Truck should be assembled=20
and setting on wheels, then drill hole so that the hitch pin hole will =
be perpendicular to the floor.
Your back will thank you!
Safer:
Weld toe tips 1/2" high that will grab the skid board as the piano is =
tilted. Eliminates the need=20
for belting the piano to the tilter.
