Hammond Pianos

Hi George,

I've seen 4 Hammond pianos over the years. One of these was a
Lowrey-Hammond. My recollection of them is a 45 inch upright with a
Scandinavian cabiniet--very straight lines and a medium quality instrument.
Far better than the 42" Aeolian. I believe I heard once that Dr. Coleman
was involved in their design--but that might just be tired old brain cells
leaping to conclusions.
