You should be able to click on the catalog number and open their web site for descriptions. I ordered hanger bolts as well, as this was my first endeavor at suspending a plate and I was chicken about the machine threads working in the wood. Ron N's encouragement helped me get over it. On the method for screwing them in, I used the appropriate hex driver chucked up in the cordless drill to run them in and out. When I first installed them I could not get the plate to lower over them, the bolts did not line up with the plate holes. I realized that the original screw holes were not all perpendicular and their angularity was causing the mis-alignment. The tops of the bolts were about 1" above where the center of plate hole at normal height would be. I simply ran the bolts down below where the surface of the plate would normally be, lowered the plate into position and then backed the bolts out through the holes. It worked.
