---------------------- multipart/alternative attachment Have any of you ever received from a client a name and number of a good friend of theirs who wants their piano tuned, and you were instructed by your client to call them to set up the appointment, even though your client had given them your name and number a few weeks prior. Now, I know how people can be at the last minute to get around to calling to have their piano tuned. I just didn't know if it is a good business to actually call them first to see if they still need their piano tuned.
