Pam Woods at AND is indeed the person to contact.  I recently got a set of brackets from her for a Weber WG-50 from 1993.

Try calling Pam Woods at AND corp.  (866) 798-6979.  She's in charge of the Young Chang service dept.  Webers were made by Y.C.  I don't know whether there's any warrantee for Weber anymore, but she would be able to answer that for you.

I think Young Chang might be handling Weber warranty issues.  I don't have a number, but Phil Glenn is the name I've heard mentioned most often.  Others will chime in.

Expanding action brackets, perhaps?
