Vladan, Now that I think of it, "flow" was the wrong verb to use. I believe they used a moderately thick paste (Hysol 9460? see <http:// www.gluguru.com/Epoxies.htm>), pushed into the gap with a spatula -- which one can buy "as is" or by adding fillers to less viscous varieties.
