How was Rosewood = furniture and veneer glued originally? Hot glue. However....some = Rosewood is very oily. I have seen it "fisheye" with a lacquer finish. = If you are worried, wipe it down with lacquer thinner first. If you sand = Rosewood, be advised that THEY say the dust is carcinogenic.
