Joe, the thing has gone DEAD on me that last few times. Dead, deceased, =
it turned off on its own. This VT is no more. It has ceased to be. It is =
an ex-VT. It has gone to its maker (or will be going soon). It wouldn't =
voom if you put 5,000 volts through it (well, maybe that would work).

  Unless you fully discharge the bat you will not be able to charge it =
fully!!!
  It must sometimes be allowed to get to full discharge in order to take =
a full charge.  We had to do this two years ago and that is the =
instructiond from Dave C.
