Stretching the Treble

My advice, after tuning 20,000 pianos with my little ears? Forget about the
partials, and listen to the whole tone, the gestalt, if you will, of the
note.

As for stretching the treble, a conservative start would be to tune the
double octaves beatless; the fifths and 12ths should be beatless as well.
