I've gotten the repetition speed for the 1889 one we have here as fast as many instruments a century newer. The repetition spring tension is as easy as S&S to regulate, and that threaded tack has verrrry little friction when raising the hammer. Conrad Hoffsommer You have the right to remain silent.
