     Yup .........Loch-n- stich.
   I have had the same identical break on two  identical webers.  The =
open face block is the problem Unless the block & surounding frame is =
seated well so it's un stressed then the same condition will still be =
present even if repaired. So it must be re- seated without stress =
properly.
