Hi Jack,
It is a Braumuller, made in New York. It has the front cover that is ornate, and the top section opens a flap. It is a full size upright.
Key cover is missing.
I will forward the action pictures direct to your e-mail.  I have never seen anything like this before.
As an aside, no one has said if they have seen same.
