Kawai electric piano hammers

Hi one and all,

Looking for any advice on what might be possible and prudent to do in the way of voicing the hammers on a Kawai 308M electric piano. These the the leather covered wood and plastic insert items. I managed to skate out of doing these crossbreed pianos for ages but it finally caught up with me. 

ANY advice would be appreciated.
