I've got a gallon of MacLac. I've got a set of Ronsen Wurzens that need something in the low bass...and some of the treble is weak. For the bass, should I soak the bottom hammers with a 6 to 1 solution are just the shoulders? How about the treble? Since Steinway is now predipping their hammers I dont know what I would use. Im rapidly moving away from hammers that require lacquer, especially unknown quantities. I've checked the archives, and found reference to a source for the lacquer to use, I think it was David Love, but did not find the source mentioned. Can anyone tell me where to find the appropriate lacquer? THanks Dave Smith SW FL -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
