Which reminds me of a story I heard about an orchestra and a french horn player, who was having a terrible rehearsal...the director kept pointing at him as the one dragging down the orchestra's tempo.   The french horn player was distraught, nearly in tears by the end of the evening.   He left the building and drove to the nearest subway station.   Parked his car...wrote a short note to leave on his windshield...went down the stairs to the station.   He was continually berating himself over his failure as a musician...suddenly the announcement came of the approaching train...wiping his eyes and with a cold glint in his eye he stepped forward on the platform and threw himself behind the train...
