Yes, it has been in operation since last December, and currently has 
143 subscribers. To subscribe, log into the Member Area of the PTG 
website, pull down the "Resources" menu and click on the "E-mail 
lists and Newsgroups" item. The Exam-Prep list link is on the bottom.

The list is the brainchild of Ed Sutton.
