German Loop / French Loop / English Loop ?

Thanks for your contribution. Any chance you could describe this jig.
I've been having problems with consistency and would love to make such a
jig.

I conducted quite a few eye-making experiments, before coming up with a
jig which allowed me to make consistent double loop eyes.
