Key Dip

Hi Jack,

When calculating action ratios, I take the first lever-arm to be from
key-top above the font pin. Some do their ratio calculations from the
key front (I believe Pfeiffer did).

When setting the key dip, it is easier and more convenient to take it
from the key front.
Just my take.

It was nice to meet you at Rochester. Have a good Christmas.
