Ahh, sorry to be dense. It comes naturally, I'm afraid. Yeah, that would be easily done, and could be added to both the top and the bottom. There is just a little room with the top foam pad, but plenty for something 1/8" thick. I think voicing is also in order, as a couple people mentioned.
