Ahh, sorry to be dense. It comes naturally, I'm afraid.

Yeah, that would be easily done, and could be added to both the top and the
bottom. There is just a little room with the top foam pad, but plenty for
something 1/8" thick.

I think voicing is also in order, as a couple people mentioned.

No, I wasn't suggesting overhauling the house. I mean cut to 
size and laid on top of, or glued to the bottom of the foam. 
It's an acoustic barrier, isn't it?
