Don't bother placing a tuning hammer on it again. It was their decision to "do the best you can with it". Dollars to doughnuts the back is separating from the block too. Keep the money. No chance in 'h' 'e' double hockey sticks it'll ever stay without more work than it's worth. Beware of these pianos, usually any of these 'short' uprights and Janssen pianos. -- Regards, Jon Page
