Hi,
We have a new bio plant less than 200 yds from our place. Do not know exactly what the formula they use but there is no fossils arround here except for me. I will get the dope for anyone who would like to know off list.
One of the by products is glycerin.

  I hate to burst your bubble, but Bio-Diesel has Diesel mixed into it. So....you are burning "fossil fuel", just less. BTW, what the heck is a "TDI"?
