I totally agree. BUT do it in the store before a BRAND NEW piano is delivered to the customer! I've solved problems too, but I did it before the piano was delivered! JMO!

Please don’t get me wrong.  If a piano is defective then it shouldn’t be sold as sew.  That’s all I can say and I do wish every piano was impeccable, but I have one now that needs some felts replaced to pass my inspection.  If it won’t work then send it back or what ever.  What I am saying is, if you can be a problem solver then do it.
