John, I had a similar problem on this larger Kimball. On the Kimball it was inadequate pedal travel. The blade did not drop far enough to allow the damper tabs to drop under after using the damper pedal. Cue is some dampers don't seat well or "stick". Presumably the damper timing is correct.
