Convention Exhibition Spaces

So, who do us mere mortals complain to about this situation?  The exhibits are a prime reason I go to conventions--even though I've already charted full days of sessions, already!

Apparently, the spaces are cut down, because the location was changed to get more traffic to the hall.
I think the reason that the exhibition hall, had less traffic in Rochester, was not because of location. It was due to the non participation of Schaff, Pianotek and Renner due to the tax situation.
Is there still time to reconsider the location, of this supposedly biggest/best (apparently not) 50th anniversary exhibition hall?
How many exhibitors were turned down?
The exhibition hall and the suppliers, are a large part of these conventions.
Just my take.
