Damper flange tray screw

Yes, I was thinking of something similar by using my ratchet capstan 
regulator tool. It's just thin enough to get in-between the flange and tray 
support block but I need to get a blade type driver bit that'll be just as 
short. Hmmmm. You have a good idea for the rocker capstans! Thanks.
