Musty smell

I will be looking at Steinway & Sons ex-player (1920) which was a gift from 
someone's Aunt for Johnny to study piano on.  Aside from some sticking keys 
and whatnot...sticking keys and whatnot I can take care of...it has a bad 
musty smell, and is dusty inside.  Cleaning of the cabinetry and vacuuming 
where possible won't get the smell out of the action, keys, and felt.  What 
products are out there for remedying this situation?  I'd appreciate hearing 
from whoever feels like responding to this email.
