squeaky, creaky pedal puzzler---NO ONE WILL SOLVE THIS!

First of all, determine that the squeak is above the key bed BEFORE messing  
with the bottom board  :)  On a Yamaha, damper flange springs often  squeak , 
but since you don't hear it when the action is out, you must have  loose 
action rail screws, or a badly adjusted action support, or a loose key  bed.
