Pearl River strings hanging in agraffes

I've noted this on Pearl River grands too.  Corrosion/cheap agraffes 
with bad alloys etc. might be part of the problem.  There is too much 
friction in new Pearl Rivers and I end up treating the agraffes with 
Protek Prolube and the wool bearings with CLP.  They can be a real 
bear to tune the first few times.
