Take it apart and look around in there,  sometimes there are things that can 
be glued back.  There are two screws on the back, and one under the weight 
plate,(which has to be taken off with a set wrench).  After the screws are out, 
there are still two plastic tabs near the bottom front that have to be held out 
of lock.  Also, the ribbon connection is rather short, and located at the 
front, so don't tear the top panel off.
