Voicing needles?

It does take some technique to hold the hammer and shank firmly, but it can be done even with "ultra" hard hammers if done carefully. Good results as well.

       I was always concerned with stressing the pinning when trying to go 
laterally into ultra hard hammers, so I guess that is why I have avoided this.   
Maybe my technique is faulty...
