Hi Alan - thanks for sharing. True ingenuity! Do you have any better pictures of your guillotine? I've lost my supply-house felt cutter and have not found a satisfactory replacement as of yet. Yours looks like you've got everything covered. A picture that shows your blade set up would be appreciated.
