Here is a picture showing the blade; just an ordinary Stanley cutting knife blade but make sure it's the heavy duty one. The normal blade tends to bend under pressure and breaks. The whole contraption measures 7" X 4". The lever arm came out of an old slide projector.



Here's a gizmo for shaping hammers. Take one empty cotton reel, glue on sandpaper, attach to shaft of screw blade and insert into cordless screwdriver. Beware this tool is dangerous. Handle with care!
