Agreed, but dealing with that from the perspective of DIY.....I didn't want to go there!  He evidently purchased the organ assuming everything was there.  It's that big word *assuming*.  I replied with the info on where a non-trades person may purchase supplies and that he would have to find nearly identical salvage or build his own pump.  Methinks he wants to literally buy new parts, you know, sort of "plug and play".

Who knows what else may be missing :(
