The heading in the e-mails

I wouldn't worry about the saying that appears in the e-mails Terry.  The person who sent it may have wanted a response, so by ignoring it, the sender will get the message that "Hey this isn't working," and give up.  I learned this from having an 18  month old.  If I ignore his temper tantrum, he'll give up.  The person sending that phrase in their e-mail wants a response.  Don't give them one.
