managing Pianotech content (update)

Hi John F,

Gmail does not have folders per se. What it does have is 'labels' which
essentially function like folders. You can edit or create 'labels' from the
<settings> tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen after login.
One could then filter incoming email with particular key words to one label
or another and/or with a star. If you need technical support remember that
it might take a while from Sweden for the monk to arrive ;-)

The downside I see in Gmail now is that you cannot create new folders to
store things in; e.g. a "Touchweight" folder. Perhaps folder creation will
be added in the future. The upsides are the ease of use, virtually unlimited
storage, plus the little desktop gadgets you can add...like a weather
"mini-window", or an email indicator with a preview thing. RSS feeds, etc.
Pretty neat.
