Hi John F, Gmail does not have folders per se. What it does have is 'labels' which essentially function like folders. You can edit or create 'labels' from the <settings> tab in the upper right hand corner of the screen after login. One could then filter incoming email with particular key words to one label or another and/or with a star. If you need technical support remember that it might take a while from Sweden for the monk to arrive ;-) John Dutton Billings, MT From: John Formsma [mailto:formsma at gmail.com] Sent: Monday, 19 February, 2007 07:58 To: Pianotech List Subject: managing Pianotech content (update) The downside I see in Gmail now is that you cannot create new folders to store things in; e.g. a "Touchweight" folder. Perhaps folder creation will be added in the future. The upsides are the ease of use, virtually unlimited storage, plus the little desktop gadgets you can add...like a weather "mini-window", or an email indicator with a preview thing. RSS feeds, etc. Pretty neat. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: https://www.moypiano.com/ptg/pianotech.php/attachments/20070219/b81a28d8/attachment.html
