John, There are several possibilities: damper underlevers need traveling to center them over their own keys damper lead weights have loosened and half fallen out against the neighboring underlever key bushings are so worn that the back end of the key is all over the place foreign object entangled in the damper system (other possibilities yet to come to mind) The only way is to look and see.
