strip muting with sheet metal

I happened to have a few feet of leftover plastic wall channel from the drop
ceiling in my downstairs bathroom. It's white plastic, 90degree, 1 inch on a
side. Works fabulous! Thank you again for the tip! Oh yes, I also cut a
slice of Masonite about 7" long, 3" wide and put a 1" hole in it to hold it.
