Your biggest problem is that it is a "Kimball La Petite" - nuf said. Other than those hideous Kincaid "Grand" brand spinets and consoles I can't think of any other American piano that was such a waste of lumber. I think they should have named them a Kimball "Why Bother?". I can tell you from experience there is no way you will ever get one to "perform". If you can get them to play at all, clicks or not, I would leave it alone. Lubricating the knuckles with a light coat of teflon powder is probably the only thing economically worth doing.
