The thing I'm curious about is how does one get their fingers in between the strings to push the strip in. I"m a one mute person myself especially in grands. I found it interesting that the lady thought I had voiced the piano yesterday. I just tuned it, and she said it sounded like I voiced it. I can't explain that one. Have a good one.
