puzzler: vertical damper problem

Removed the action and stood it vertically on the floor, with the end 
with the split in the rail up. Drilled a hole to receive a screw 
through the piece splitting off and the rest of the main action rail. 
Worked glue in between same, and sent the screw home. It won't have 
THAT problem again.
